What is Tithing

A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income that is to be given back to the local church. Tithing is a principle that is taught throughout the entire Bible. When we tithe, we are expressing worship in a tangible way by putting God first in our lives. Bringing our tithes is an opportunity for us to give God our thanks.

Outreach Programme

The Lighthouse Assembly undertakes several outreach Ministry activities to help save souls and assist the less fortunate. Some of these ministries include the Children feeding programme, adult continuing education programme, etc as well as our radio broadcast.   • 1. Do you accept other forms of donation apart from cash?

    Yes we do accept non-cash donations. It is our pleasure to partner with donors like you who want to provide needed supplies and equipment for our Ministry.

    We undertake numerous Ministry activities throughout the year such as our radio and online broadcast, crusades, mentorship program for children etc, We are in need of equipment such as recording and broadcasting equipment for our radio and online broadcast, generator for our ministry building and crusade, tools and supplies for the maintenance of our Ministry buildings etc.

    Donations made to our Ministry will be used to further the work of the Lighthouse Assembly. To designate funds to certain accounts (department or project), simply make those designations on the donation page for the desired field or call or email us with said instruction.
